Non-Granulomatous Anterior Uveitis and Macular Edema: Tuberculosis

A fifty-seven years old male patient was admitted to clinic with pain, hyperemia and vision loss in his left eye. Best corrected visual acuity was 10/10 in his right eye and 2/10 in his left eye. Anterior and posterior segment examination was normal in his right eye. Ciliary injection, non-granulomatous keratic precipitates at inferior cornea, +2 cell and flare in anterior chamber were observed in anterior segment examination of his left eye. Macular elevation was seen in posterior segment examination. Tuberculosis uveitis was diagnosed with laboratory and radiological findings and treatment was started.
