Choroidal Neovascular Membrane Secondary to Butterfly-Shaped Pattern Dystrophy: Fundus Fluorescein Angiography and Fundus Autofluorescence Findings

Typical form is the butterfly-shaped pattern dystrophy. Herein, clinical features and fundus autofluorescence findings of two patients with butterflyshaped pattern dystrophy with secondary choroidal neovascular membrane are presented.
