In this method, data obtained simultaneously from fovea, parafovea and near peripheral photopic retina can be evaluated by using analysis programs which provide evaluation of retinal areas as hemiretinal or from central to peripheral ring areas.
The aim of this study was to have normative values of multifocal electroretinogram quadrant and ring analysis. Multifocal electroretinogram belonging to volunteers who did not have any systemic and ocular pathology were recorded in the Electrophysiology Laboratory at the Ophthalmology Department of Gülhane Military Medical Academy. All the recordings were made using the recommended standards of International Society for Clinical Electrophysiology of Vision (ISCEV). An emphasis was made that every laboratory should have its normal values in its own laboratory environment. Data we obtained from this study can provide references for laboratories which don't have their own normal values. Keywords : mfERG, quadrant analysis, ring analysis, normative value
