The purpose of this paper is to report a patient who diagnosed with acute zonal occult outer retinopathy (AZOOR). A 31-year-old female referred with a chief complaint of headache and photopsia of her right eye for 2 years. At her detailed ophthalmologic examination, her best-corrected visual acuities were 20/20 and intraocular pressures were 16 mm-Hg bilaterally. Biomicroscobic examination showed no pathological view in anterior segment, ocular media and retina. Bilateral optical coherence tomography (OCT) showed no abnormalities. Humphrey visual field examination (full threshold 30-2) revealed periferic arcuat visual field defect at inferior temporal quadrant of the right eye. No visual field defect was seen in her left eye. ERG and multifocal ERG were abnormal. Keywords : Acute zonal occult outer retinopathy, multifocal electroretinogram
