Besides the presence of multiple yellow-white placoid lesions at outer retinal layers; disease is diagnosed by early hypofluorescence and late hyperfluorescence of these lesions at fundus fluorescein angiography. We hereby report a patient with acute posterior multifocal placoid pigment epitheliopathy and discuss the role of his optic coherence tomography and fundus autofluorescence imaging findings in the diagnosis of his disease.
