Since elderly people comprise the majority of patients, systemic diseases may accompany these retinal disorders. Furthermore oral anticoagulant usage is very common in these patients. In this case we reported intravitreal hemorrhage following intravitreal injection of ranibizumab for exudative age-related macular degeneration in a 78 -year-old male using oral anticoagulant (Warfarin).
