32 years old male patient had poor vision in his both eyes. On his examination best corrected visual acuity was bilateral 0,7 according to Snellen visual acuity system. Patient had photophobia and iris transillumination defects in anterior chamber examination. He had hypopigmentation in retina with the absence of a foveal pit and reflexion on fundus examination. He had luteal pigment defect in foveal area. Large choroidal vessels were seen easily. Optical coherence tomography (Spectralis OCT Heidelberg Engineering, Carlsbad, CA) was carried out which showed absence of the foveal depression and persistent inner retinal layers in the foveal area. External limiting membrane, photoreceptor and retina pigment epithelium layers were normal on OCT in the foveal area. An fundus autofluorescence image has shown absence of the normal autofluorescence blockage in foveal area. Keywords : Ocular albinism, fundus fluorescence photography, visual impairment
