A Rare Complication in Intravitreal Dexamethasone Implantation: Migration of the Implant to the Anterior Chamber

Dr., Yüzüncü Yıl Üniversitesi, Göz Hastalıkları Anabilim Dalı, Van , Türkiye Intravitreal dexamethasone implant (Ozurdex®; AllerganInc., Irvine, CA); It was approved by FDA (Food and Drug Administration) for central retinal vein occlusion, retinal vein occlusion and macular edema secondary to uveitis secondary. One of the rare complications of intravitreal dexamethasone implantation is the migration to the anterior chamber of the implant. We will talk about the migration of the implant to the anterior chamber in a patient with pseudophakic and zonular defect.
