Trakya Ü. Tıp Fakültesi Göz Hastalıkları ABD. Edirne 96 eyes of 53 patients with nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy and clinically significant macular edema were evaluated. 69 eyes treated with focal or modified macular grid photocoagulation, 27 untreated eyes accepted as a control group. The mean follow up time was 11.9±14.9 months. We assessed the visual results of patients. The vision of 50 eyes (%72.5) were unchanged, 11 eyes (% 15.9) had a recovery of vision and 8 (11.6) eyes had a decrease in vision.
