²MD, Professor, University of Health Science, Ankara Etlik City Hospital, Department of Ophthalmology, Ankara, Türkiye DOI : 10.37845/ret.vit.2023.32.47 In this article, it was aimed to demonstrate sub-ILM fluid accumulation, one of the findings of optic disc pit maculopathy, in a 16-yearold male patient with refractive error using optical coherence tomography. The presence of sub-ILM fluid reported in optic disc pit maculopathy is usually associated with fluid accumulation in the intraretinal or subretinal area, and isolated sub-ILM fluid accumulation is a rare finding that should be emphasized.
