Dokuz Eylül Tıp Fakültesi, Göz Hastalıkları Anabilim Dalı-İZMİR We diagnosed bilateral retrolaminar optic nerve involvement in a 24-year-old woman who had acute lymphoblastic leukemia. 2000 rad urgent orbital radiotherapy was given. Dramatic increase in bilateral visual acuity and improvement in bilateral optic nerve appearence were noted after the radiotherapy .Optic nerve involvement and its treatment are discussed in this presentation.
