Multifocal Choroditis And Panuveitis

Multifocal choroditis and panuveitis which is one of the white dot syndrome, is characterized with recurrent fundus and anterior segment manifestations and is generally observed in healthy young females. The etiologis is unknown. Although the response to the corticostreoid treatment is generally good, complications such as subretinal neovascularization may lead to profound visual loss. In this report a patient with the syndrome is presented with differential diagnosis and therapeutical approach.
