Retinal artery macroaneurysm which is often encountered in elderly hypertensive population is characterized by aneurysmal outpouching and may cause macular edema and various types of hemorrhages. In the present study, clinical and angiographic features of two cases with retinal artery macroaneurysm are described and photocoagulation indications and techniques are discussed.
