SB Ankara Hast. Göz Kliniği We reported a case of retinitis pigmentosa who developed decompression retinopathy following trabeculectomy procedure under local anesthesia. Haemorrhages occurred due to ocular decompression were both deep and superficial in nature. During postoperative examinations, we observed that these haemorrhages were resolved and neither the intraocular pressure nor the visual prognosis were effected. We concluded that haemorrhages seen in ocular decompression are benign lesions. Keywords : Decompression Retinopathy, Retinitis, Pigmentosa, Trabeculectomy
