Ankara Numune Hst. 1.Göz Kliniği
It is important to make differential diagnosis of posterior scleritis which has quite various symptoms and signs because it may be an early sign of an autoimmune systemic disease and it may cause persistant vision loss unless treated. In this paper, fluorescein fundus angiography, ultrasonography and computerized tomography findings of a posterior scleritis case are represented in which retinal pigment epithelial detachments are observed.
