Marmara Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi, Göz Hastalıkları, AD, İstanbul Case Report: An intravitreal foreign body was detected in a patient with a history of shot gun injury at bedside examination. The injury was with pellet which was made up of from lead and aluminum. Considering general status of the patient and normal ocular examination, we recommended conservative management. Under regular follow-ups we did not observe any toxicity in three years. Keywords : Foreign body, management, lead and aluminum
