Mildly elevated, ½ disc diameter, yellow-orange in color choroidal tuberculoma located in superiortemporal of macula was diagnosed in a 21 year old male patient who was treated due to tuberculous meningitis. The lesion was hypofluorescent in early fase of FFA, but hyperfluorescent in late fases. Indocyanine green angiography showed hypofluorescent images in all fases. Two months later, although papil edema was decreased, it had persisted and choroidal tuberculoma was decreased in size. When the fundus flourescein angiography and indocyanine green angiography are taken into consideration together they can give usefull information to clinicians for differentiation of etiology of choroidal granulomas and effectiveness of treatment Keywords : Choroidal granuloma, fluorescein angiography, indocyanin green angiography, tuberculosis
