Multifocal Chorioretinitis in Crohn’s Disease

Fundus examination disclosed bilateral, multifocal, atrophic, pigmented chorioretinal areas. Although choroidal involvement in Crohn’s disease is very rare, ophthalmologists should be aware of the posterior segment complications in patients with Crohn’s disease.
