Vigabatrin, a GABA (gama amino butyric acid) transaminase enzyme inhibitor, used as an antiepileptic agent, may result in visual field loss that may lead to tunnel vision at the end. It may also cause optic neuropathy and damage to the retina nerve fiber layer (RNFL). In this paper we report two cases with optic neuropathy secondary to Vigabatrin use and associated visual field defects and also Optic Coherence Tomography detected RNFL loss. Keywords : Vigabatrin, optic neuropathy, RNFL loss
