It may also cause optic neuropathy and damage to the retina nerve fiber layer (RNFL). In this paper we report two cases with optic neuropathy secondary to Vigabatrin use and associated visual field defects and also Optic Coherence Tomography detected RNFL loss. Keywords : Vigabatrin, optic neuropathy, RNFL loss
