Granulomatous anterior uveitis is the most prevalent ocular sign in sarcoidosis. Posterior uveitis, panuveitis, optic neuritis, vasculitis in retina, granulomas in retina and orbita also can be seen. In this case, a patient with visual impairment in both eyes with clinical findings including bilateral anterior, posterior uveitis and optic disc oedema was presented.
