³Beyoğlu Göz Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi, Göz Hastalıkları, İstanbul, Prof. Dr. A 30 years old laser technician was referred to our emergency department with the complaint of seeing a black spot and metamorphopsia in his left eye after exposure to a disco laser light. Dilated funduscopic examination showed a hypopigmented lesion in the fovea of the left eye. Fluorescein angiography (FA), optic coherans tomography (OCT) and Amsler grid test were performed to the patient to determine the ocular findings, functional damage and longterm outcomes after accidental laser injury. A nonsteroid antiinflamatuar drop was prescriped and he was invited to hospital for control. Keywords : Laser of disco lighting, window defect, safety of lasers
