First patient demonstrated bilateral cystoids changes as satellite patterns in fovea. Second patient showed remarkable cystic space in three layers of right eye in fovea and a huge cyst at subfoveal area in the left eye without any leakage. Variable characterizations of features in both cases were managed to be comparatively analyzed by fundus fluorescein angiography and spectral domain optical coherence tomography. Keywords : Fundus fluorescein angiography, X-linked juvenile retinoschisis, spectral domain optical coherence tomography
