It also can be seen due to surgical trauma and materials used during operation. For treatment, removal of surgical material and surgical excision of granuloma are mostly sufficient. In this paper, a patient with conjunctival granuloma following combined classical retinal detachment surgery and pars plana vitrectomy is presented. Keywords : Conjunctival granuloma, classical retinal detachment surgery, pars plana vitrectomy
