An Atypical Vogt-Koyanagı-Harada Case with Unılateral Ocular Involvement
1M.D. Ulucanlar Eye Training nad Research Hospital, Ankara/TURKEY2M.D. Professor, Ulucanlar Eye Training nad Research Hospital, Ankara/TURKEY Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada (VKH) disease is a rare multisystem inflammatory autoimmune disorder usually characterized with bilateral granulomatous panuveitis. Besides ocular manifestations, it is characterized with central nervous system, inner-ear and skin manifestations. We hereby report an unusual case of a possible VKH disease presenting with severe headache and unilateral ocular involvement and discuss the differential diagnosis.
