²Etimesgut Devlet Hastanesi 24 years old female patient who has applied because of pain and visual loss in her left eye and has been found to have papilledema in the right eye and localised serous retinal detachment in the left eye is diagnosed as Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome and is presented as a case report in this study.
