It is mostly located entirely or partly in the optic disc. Various ocular associations have been reported in the literature, such as optic disc hypoplasia, retinitis pigmentosa, congenital hypertrophy of the retina pigment epithelium. In this report, we presented a case with unilateral pathologic myopia accompanying optic disc melanocytoma. This is the first reported case of unilateral pathologic myopia coexistent with optic disc melanocytoma to the best of our knowlegde.
