Persistant hyaloid artery, one of the persistant embrional hyloid vascular system rarely causes vitreus hemorrhage. In this article possible causes of vitreus hemorrhage in a 9 years old girl with persistant hyaloid artery were discussed. It is suggested that the patient should be informed of the possibility of vitreous hemorrage If fluorescein is observed with fluorescein angiogioghy in the persistant hyaloid artery.
