Göz Kliniği, Ankara, Klinik Şefi To report a case of bilateral visual loss and form of treatment with patient that followed as systemic lupus erythematosus disease. Thirty-three-year-old woman with a bilateral visual loss has been examined. The patient underwent detailed ophthalmological examination and ancillary studies. Visual acuities were hand movements in both of eyes. Vitreous condensation, optic disc pallor, cotton wool spots, intraretinal hemorrhages, sheathing on the vessels in both eyes were detected by fundoscopy. A patient of Systemic lupus erythematosus associated with secondary anti-phospholipid syndrome can develop retinal vascular lesion. Therefore, the ophthalmological examination of patient must be checked for early diagnosis of retinal vascular lesion.
