SURGICAL TREATMENT OF SUBFOVEAL CHOROIDAL NEOVASCULAR MEMBRANES: MACULAR TRANSLOCATION WITH 360° RETINOTOMY
SSK Ankara Göz Hastalıkları Merkezi ve Göz Bankası
Macular translocation with 360° retinotomy was performed in three cases with subfoveal choroidal neovascular membrane. The visual acuity remained unchanged in one of them, while in the other cases an increase has been observed at the postoperative period. In the first case, proliferative vitreoretinopathy was developed two months postoperatively and membrane peeling with pars plana vitrectomy was performed. We did not have any complications in two cases.
